On the TRKT Online Store, every purchase is made with maximum security thanks to the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of the most advanced encryption systems (SSL). All transactions are processed by a secure online payment gateway that transfers payment information using the highest security standard in an encrypted form: your credit card details will be totally unreadable to third parties. We also use only secure connections, as shown by the prefix “https” and the lock symbol that appears in the address bar of the browser. How do I cancel an order?

If you want to cancel your order, just send us a message. Please give us your order number so we can find you in our system. Unfortunately, if your order is already packed, we cannot cancel it, but you can refuse it on delivery… or at least try it on? Maybe you will change your mind, and it will be love at first wear.

How do I return goods I do not like?
Answer
We get you! Sometimes products look better in pictures than in real life. Or they just don’t fit. Just pack your order and send it to:

Goods should be with their tags, and returns should be made within 14 days of delivery.
